🧩 Overview
This release redesigns medication scheduling to give agency administrators flexible, accurate control over administration times, and introduces automatic enforcement so scheduled medications are reliably logged during caregiver shifts.
Previously, administrators had to enter the same administration time separately for every day a medication was due, and the system only supported daily and weekly scheduling — leaving agencies with monthly, biweekly, or custom-interval regimens without a workable setup. There was also no way to require a caregiver to log a medication during their shift. This release addresses all three gaps.

Agency administrators, who configure medication schedules. Caregivers are also affected downstream: scheduled administrations that fall within a shift now must be logged before that shift can be completed.
✨ New Features and Feature Enhancements
Medication scheduling now offers a Frequency dropdown with four options:
Daily/Weekly — Set one time that applies to every selected day instead of entering it repeatedly. Add multiple times per day as needed, or turn on "Time varies daily" to assign a specific time to each selected day.
Monthly (by date) — Schedule for a specific day of the month (1st–31st). Choose "Last" for the final day, and the system handles shorter months automatically.
Monthly (by day of week) — Schedule by occurrence, such as "the last Monday of every month."
Custom Interval — Set any cadence in days (e.g., every 14 days) with a required start date and one or more administration times, for regimens that don't fit standard patterns.
All frequency types support an optional start and end date. When an end date is set, the medication is archived automatically after that date.
Required administration: When a scheduled administration time falls within a caregiver's shift, the caregiver must log it before completing the shift. This is automatic for any medication with a configured time — no setup required. If a caregiver attempts to clock out with administrations outstanding, they're shown how many remain.
✨ Feature Set and Affected Other Feature Areas
This work centers on the Administration Times component within medication scheduling. It also touches: the caregiver shift/clock- out flow (new required-administration check and the blocking bottom sheet that displays the outstanding count), and medication lifecycle management (automatic archival when an end date passes).
🐛 Issues and Bug Fixes
No customer-reported bugs were resolved in this release. Two correctness items were addressed as part of the redesign: the "Occurrence" field label is now spelled correctly, and the "Add time" option is now available on Custom Interval schedules.
