Documentation Outside of a Shift on Mobile (Released Jul 31, 2026)

Giv now allows caregivers to add documentation for selected clients directly from the app without needing to be actively clocked in or to navigate through an existing shift.

🧩 Overview

This release introduces the new My Clients section in the caregiver app, making it easier for caregivers to add or complete client documentation outside of a shift.

Once enabled by an administrator, caregivers can access selected clients through Settings → My Clients and add available documentation, including notes, goals, medications, client forms, incident reports, and other charting.

Documentation submitted through My Clients is added to the client's charting and can be viewed by admins in the Dashboard.

This functionality was released with mobile app version 3.0.17.
