Custom Fields Release Notes

Administrators can now create and add custom fields to client, caregiver, and agency profiles, giving agencies more flexibility to capture the information that matters most.

Overview

In this release new features were added that will mainly affect Agency Administrators. The new features give the Administrator the ability to create and add custom fields to a Client’s profile, Caregiver’s profile, and the Agency.

Impacted Features and Users

This release impacts Administrators. Bug fixes should be unnoticed by users as fixes were made to ensure current functionality works as expected.

New Features and Feature Enhancements

  • Custom Fields

    • In the “Feature Settings” there is a new card labelled “Custom Fields”. Here you can add custom fields that you want information for on a Caregiver Profile, Client profile, or for the Agency.

  • First, select the profile type you are wanting to add custom fields to

  • Then you can name and add a field to that profile type

    • Available fields

      • Date and time

      • Signature (Digital/Drawn)

      • Short Text

      • Long Text

      • Multiple Choice

      • Photo/video

      • Number

      • Toggle

      • Single Choice

    • You can edit (name and or field) and delete a custom field after it is created

Agency Custom Fields

  • Once you’ve added custom fields for your agency, they will appear on the “Provider Profile” page beneath the “Provider Information” section.

    • Here you can filter between active custom fields and archived custom fields

  • This is also where you fill in the information for the custom fields you have created

    • Once you click the blue “Edit” button in the bottom right hand corner a slide out will appear (pictured below). Here you fill in the information for each custom field you have created and it will then show on the Provider Profile.

Client Custom Fields

  • There is a new section labelled “Custom Fields” on the Side Navigation Bar in the Client Profile. Once you’ve added custom fields for your Clients, they will appear in the “Custom Fields” section.

  • The process for filling in the information is the same as outlined in section above.

Caregiver Custom Fields

  • There is a new section labelled “Custom Fields” on the Side Navigation Bar in the Caregiver Profile. Once you’ve added custom fields for your Caregivers, they will appear in the “Custom Fields” section.

  • The process for filling in the information is the same as outlined in section above.

Issues and Bug Fixes

  • There was an issue causing the Client and Caregiver names to not load on the “Shift Overview” section of a post shift report every time. This issue has been resolved.
