Overview
In this release, several new designs and features have been introduced that will impact Agency Administrators. The updated designs have revamped the user experience within the "Feature Settings" section for agencies, offering a more streamlined and intuitive interface. Additionally, new features have been added to enhance functionality. Agency Administrators now have the ability to create a new note and assign it to all active clients but also to any future clients. This allows for more efficient communication and documentation management. Furthermore, administrators can now view all archived notes, providing easier access to past information and ensuring a comprehensive overview of client records.

This release impacts Administrators. Bug fixes should be unnoticed by users as fixes were made to ensure current functionality works as expected.
New Features and Feature Enhancements
Feature Settings
We have implemented a more organized area to manage specific features for your agency. When you navigate to the drop down with your Agency’s name in the top right corner of the dashboard, you’ll see a new button labelled “Feature Settings”
When you click “Feature Settings” you’ll see different “cards” dedicated to different features within the software.
Clicking into one of the cards will give you the ability to configure features specific to that card you clicked into.
In the “Shift Settings” card you can configure
Timing
Requiring notes before clocking out
Enabling shifts to only have one caregiver
Impromptu shifts
enabling this feature for staff to run Impromptu shifts
Shift sweeper
enabling this feature to force close shifts after a certain amount of time has passed
Caregiver Rating
enabling this feature giving staff the ability to rate a Client’s progress on specific goals
Mobile Charting
enabling this feature giving staff the ability to view charting from pervious shifts in the app based on a timeframe that the Agency sets
Shift notes
You can create and manage notes that staff should fill out on shifts with Clients
In the “Transportation” card you can enable
Transportation features
This includes creation of transportation codes and related forms, and allowing caregivers to be reimbursed for transportation.
In the “Post Shift Report” card you can configure
Caregiver access to post shift reports
you can configure a staff’s ability to either view or edit (or both) and how long into the past they can these view or edit (of both) a post shift report

Issues and Bug Fixes
There was an issue where any user could navigate to the “Users and Roles” section of the software and change their permissions. This was noticed internally and the issue has been resolved.
The date range picker for the “Caregiver Rating” and “Goal Activity” wasn’t working properly. This issue was noticed internally and has been resolved.
When exporting forms there was an issue causing it to take a long time for the form to export. This issue was noticed internally and has been resolved.
