Caregiver Profile Overview

Once a caregiver is added, you can manage their information, pay structure, documents, and internal notes from their individual profile.

Basic info & pay settings

  1. Go to the Caregivers/DSPs section and click on a caregiver's name to view their profile.

  2. Under the Settings tab, you can:

    • Edit basic information (e.g., phone number, email)

    • Set a default hourly rate (used if no service-specific rates are assigned)


Assigning service-specific pay rates

If a caregiver earns different rates based on the service they provide:

  1. Scroll to the Pay Rate section in their profile

  2. Click Add Pay Rate

  3. Select:

    • The Service Code (must already be created under Code Management)

    • The Rate (e.g., $15.00)

    • Choose if it’s per hour or per day

  4. Click Save

🛠 Example:
A caregiver may earn $15/hour for Respite and $18/hour for Supported Employment.


Uploading documents

In the Documents tab, upload and store key caregiver files such as:

  • CPR certification

  • Driver’s license

  • Background checks

  • Any other onboarding or compliance documentation

These files stay securely attached to the caregiver’s profile.


Admin notes

  • Found under the Admin Notes section of the profile

  • Only visible to agency admins or managers

  • Use this space for private internal notes (e.g., performance comments, availability restrictions)


Additional tabs

  • Reports: View shift-related reports tied to this caregiver

  • Forms: See any completed or assigned forms

  • Documents: Central file storage tied to the caregiver's profile
