Overview: Home

The Home screen provides a quick snapshot of your shifts, activity, and insights as soon as you log in.

The Home screen appears immediately after you log in. If you navigate to another area of the app, tap the Home icon at the bottom of the screen to return at any time.

At the top of the Home screen, you will see any shifts currently in progress. This helps you quickly confirm whether you are actively in a shift. To view the shift details or to add shift documentation, tap View shift.

Insights give you a snapshot of your recent shift activity and performance, including Hours Worked and Shifts Worked for the selected time period. Use the filter dropdown to view data from the past 7, 14, or 30 days.

The Shifts section displays both upcoming and past completed shifts. It’s organized into two tabs—Upcoming and Past Shifts—so you can easily scroll through and review your shift history.

The Upcoming tab shows all future shifts that have been scheduled by your admin team. Use this tab to see what shifts you have coming up.

The Past tab displays all previously worked shifts, including both scheduled and impromptu shifts. This includes shifts where you provided services as well as those completed for administrative work.

The Open Shifts section allows you to view and claim available shifts. This gives you the flexibility to select shifts that fit your availability while minimizing scheduling back-and-forth.

Tap View Open Shifts to see the list of available shifts. Select any shift and tap Claim Shift to claim it. Once the shift is claimed, it will show up in your calendar and under Upcoming Shifts on the Home screen.
