🧩 Overview

This release introduces the ability to add photos to medications in client profiles. Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) can now view medication photos when administering medications to ensure they're giving clients the correct medication. Photos can include visual identification of pills, as well as prescription information, instructions, and other necessary details.

  • Add Photos to Medications

    • Admins and authorized users can now add photos to medications from the Client tab

    • Navigate to Client > Medications to access medication management

    • Photos can be added when creating a new medication or to existing medications

    • Multiple photos can be added per medication, including:

      • Visual identification of the medication (e.g., pill photos)

      • Prescription information

      • Instructions and other necessary details

  • View Medication Photos During Administration

    • When administering medications, DSPs can access medication photos from the medication details

    • This helps ensure DSPs are giving clients the correct medication
