Switching Between Services

How to switch or end services while clocked in on the mobile app.

While clocked into a shift, DSPs can change or end services. Only one service may be run per client at a time, but services can be run for multiple clients simultaneously.

Before you begin

To switch services, you first must:

  • Be clocked into the shift

  • Have already started a service

  • Be working with a client who has additional services in their budget (with available units and valid dates)


Switching services

  1. Login to the app

  2. Tap View shift at the top of the Home screen

  3. Tap the clock icon in the top right corner

  4. Tap Manage services

  5. Select the client you are in service (the profile avatar is green next to any client you are in service with)

  6. Choose from the following options:

    • Option 1: Select New Service. Once a new service is selected, the system will automatically de-select the current service.

    • Option 2: Select End Service. Use this option if you are ending services for the client but continuing with admin or other work.

  7. Select Confirm changes

You are still clocked in—only the service you’re billing for is switching or ending.

Note: Only services added to the client’s budget by the admin will appear in this list.


Why are no services showing?

If you don’t see a service code listed:

  • The client may not have that service in their budget

  • The budget may have expired

  • The units may be depleted

Contact your admin team if services are missing.
