Overview: Dashboard

Overview of the Dashboard.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

The Dashboard serves as the administrative portal for the Giv system. It is the central hub where agency leadership configures, manages, and oversees all operations.

The Dashboard has three core purposes:

  1. Configuration and setup

    • Creating and managing clients, staff, budgets, service codes, and workflows

    • Defining staff roles, permissions, and access levels

    • Setting compliance rules and requirements

  2. Real-time operational visibility

    • Monitoring active clients and caregivers

    • Tracking shifts

    • Viewing and managing incident reports

    • Monitoring budget utilization and expiring documents

  3. Compliance and error prevention

    • Enforcing document requirements before DSPs clock out

    • Auto-alerting on expiring budgets and documents

    • Capturing incident reports in real time for state submission

    • Tracking training logs and acknowledgments for audit purposes

Through the Dashboard, administrators also control what information DSPs can access within the mobile app.
