Send a notification to all DSPs via the mobile app. This message will be delivered to all mobile apps and cannot be targeted to specific DSPs. Use it to broadcast updates to staff, such as available shifts, weather alerts, and other important announcements.
How to send the notification
Click Messaging in the left menu
Click Notifications in the left menu
Click the App dropdown and select Caregiver
Enter the title
Enter the text
After previewing the notification, click Send Notification
Click Send
The notification will then appear on all mobile apps. DSPs can also view past notifications in Settings > Notification.
