This release introduces the ability to bring Client Profile data into Document Builder, enabling agencies to create customizable documents with dynamic client information. You can now pull in all client data—from basic profile information to medications, training logs, and more—directly into your document templates. This feature significantly enhances the customizability of DocBuilder and allows you to leverage all the data you have on your clients when creating documents.

Client Blocks in Document Templates
Create document templates with Client Blocks that pull in client data
Select Profile data to access client profile information
Use the Edit Fields option to choose specific data fields from the Basic Info tab of a Client Profile

When creating a document from a template, a client selector appears at the top
Selecting a client automatically applies that client's data to all Client Blocks in the template
This allows you to quickly generate personalized documents for any client using the same template
The template shows unfilled data placeholders until a client is selected
Template-Based Workflow
Create reusable templates that define which client data fields to include
Templates can combine multiple types of client data (e.g., Profile + Medications)
