Complete all notes, goals, medications, forms, and incident reports after the shift has ended. This feature must be enabled by your admin team in the caregiver profile.
Adding documentation to the individual shift ensures accurate information for billing, compliance, and reporting purposes.
Note: Transportation forms are currently required to be completed during the shift.
Step 1: access the past shift
Login to the app
Scroll down to the Shifts section on the Home screen
Select the Past tab
Find and tap the past shift you want to update
Select the client in the Clients section
Note: If you tap on a past shift and see the warning You don't currently have access to view post-shift reports, reach out to your admin team to enable this functionality.
Step 2: add or edit documentation
Once you select the client, you can now log any notes or documentation that was missed.
Notes
Tap the Notes tile
Fill out all shift notes
Click Save
Goals
Tap the Goals tile
Select the goal worked on during the shift
Enter the Time Completed on the goal
Fill out each field—these are customized by your agency admin
Tap Log Activity
Medications
Tap the Meds tile
Select the med that was administered or refused
Fill out each field—these are customized by your agency admin
Incident reports
Tap Incident Reports
Tap Report an Incident
Report incidents tied to that specific shift
Select the Incident Type from the dropdown
Answer each question fully. Be clear and specific for compliance and follow-up
Tap Submit
Forms
Tap Client Forms
Select the form
Fill out the information
Tap Submit
Step 3: finish and return
Once your updates are saved, you’re done! There’s no need to re-clock out—your edits are automatically tied to the shift.
