While clocked in, you can start, change, and end services as needed during your shift. This allows you to track active services, change services being provided, and stop services once they are complete—all while staying clocked in to maintain accurate time tracking.
Only one billable service can be run per client at a time, but billable services may be run for multiple clients at the same time.
Accessing Manage Services
In order to manage services, you must be clocked into a shift.
To access Manage Services:
Login to the app
Tap View shift at the top of the Home screen

Tap the clock icon in the top right corner

Select Manage services
You will now be in the Manage Services screen and can start, change, or end services being provided.
Starting, Changing, and Ending Services
On the Manage Services screen, all clients assigned to the shift will appear under Already in shift. Select the client, then follow the prompts to start, change, or end services.
While managing services, you will remain clocked in—only the billed service will be started, changed, or ended.
Starting Services
To start a new service:
Select the client and choose the new service you want to begin
Tap Confirm changes
Changing Services
To end one service and start another:
Select the client you are in service with and choose End Service
Select the new service you want to begin (or select a different client first, then select the new service you want to begin)
Tap Confirm changes
Ending Services
To end services but remain clocked in:
Selecting Services for Multiple Clients at Once
On the Manage Services screen, you can select services for multiple clients at once. The clients must have a service in common in order to bulk select and start the service.
To select multiple services:
Tap the people icon in the bottom left corner

Select the clients
Tap Select service
Select the service
Tap Confirm changes
If the selected clients do not have a service in common, you will see this error:
Non-Client Codes
If needed, you can also start non-billable services. These codes are not tied to a client's budget and are used to track non-billable work such as administrative tasks, trainings, or meetings.
To start a non-client service:
Tap the Non-Client Codes tab
Select the non-client code
Tap Confirm changes
Important: Starting non-client services will end any client services in progress.
Budget Warnings
When clocking in or while running a service, you may see an alert in the app indicating that the budget is nearing its limit. This alert can appear at clock-in and will also be shown on the Home, Shift Details, and Person Details screens.
The alert may be an red urgent banner if the budget is over 90% used, a yellow warning banner if the budget is over 85% used, or a blue notice banner if the budget is over 70% used.
If you see these warnings, contact your admin team to notify them that the budget is nearing its limit.
Why are no services showing?
If you don’t see a service code listed:
The client may not have that service in their budget
The budget may have expired
The units may be depleted
Contact your admin team if services are missing.
