Overview

We’re excited to introduce a powerful update that gives agencies more control over how billing data is displayed and exported. This release adds custom fields across key claims and billing workflows—making it easier to meet state, county, and payer-specific requirements with confidence.

This update is designed to reduce manual work, improve reporting accuracy, and help agencies tailor their billing views to match their real-world processes.

✨ What’s New

🔧 Custom Fields on Billing & Claims Pages

You can now display custom fields directly on:

  • Service Records

  • Claims

  • Batched Claims

All active custom fields created for Clients, Staff, or the Agency are available as selectable columns.

Field names appear exactly as defined by your agency admins, ensuring clarity and consistency.

👁️ Unified Field Visibility Controls

We’ve added a new “Fields” panel to the Service Records, Claims, Batched Claims pages that lets you:

  • Turn fields on or off instantly

  • Manage standard and custom fields in grouped sections:

    • Client Fields

    • Staff Fields

    • Account Fields

Any field changes you make automatically apply across Service Records, Claims and Batch views—keeping everything in sync.

📄 Improved Export Accuracy

Exports now fully match what you see on screen:

  • All selected columns (including custom fields) are included

  • Formatting is standardized:

    • Boolean → Yes / No

    • Dates → Consistent date format

    • Text → Full content displayed

  • Column order mirrors your configured view

This makes audits, payer reviews, and internal reporting faster and more reliable.

🗂️ Smarter Handling of Archived Fields

If a custom field is archived:

  • It can can still be added to new views

    • Important to note that only records created when the field was active will show data

      • data displays as “–” if it is not available

✅ Why This Matters
