Gain more control over billing—making it easier to track service codes, review shift times, and generate batch claims for submission.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Accessing the claims management dashboard

  1. Go to the Finance tab

  2. Click Billing

  3. At the top, click Try the New Experience (Beta)

Summary view

  • Displays a high-level breakdown of claims within a selected date range

  • Each row shows a service code and its total usage

  • Click any service code (e.g., T2016) to drill into detailed event times

🧠 While dates may not display in the row initially, they will appear upon export.

Exporting claim records

  1. Click into a service row to preview event times

  2. Click Export

  3. View a preview of:

    • Code

    • Client

    • Date

    • Start/End Times

This exported data is useful for review, submission, or documentation outside of Giv.

Grid: service records view

  • Navigate to Grid: Service Records from the summary tab

  • Use filters or the search bar to manually review:

    • Shift dates and times

    • Individual service records by code or caregiver

🔎 Ideal for spot-checking or reconciling entries before creating claims.

Batch claims creation

  • Go to Batch Claims

  • View or create batches for grouped submission

Example: A batch for Mike and John Jacob with selected service codes

  • Useful for organizing claims before pushing them into external billing systems

📂 Batches are saved and viewable by date of creation and client name.
