We're sorry to hear you're considering leaving Giv. Our team is committed to understanding your experience and making the transition as smooth as possible. If you'd like to request a cancellation, here's what to expect.
Requesting a Cancellation
Contact Your Account Manager
To begin the cancellation process, please reach out to your dedicated Account Manager. They may schedule a conversation with you to better understand your experience, discuss any concerns, and explore whether there are solutions that better meet your organization's needs before moving forward with cancellation.
Review Your Service Agreement
Your original service agreement outlines the terms of your subscription, including cancellation requirements, notice periods, and any remaining financial obligations. Giv follows the terms of the executed agreement, so any outstanding contractual obligations will remain due according to your agreement.
Cancellation Terms
Your cancellation process will depend on the type of agreement your organization has with Giv.
Annual or Multi-Year Agreements
If your organization is under a fixed-term agreement, cancellation will be handled according to the terms outlined in your signed service agreement. Any remaining contractual obligations or balances will continue to apply.
Month-to-Month Agreements
If your organization is on a month-to-month agreement, we require 30 days' written notice prior to cancellation. Your final invoice will include any remaining charges through the end of the notice period. Once your final payment has been received, your account will be closed.
Questions?
If you have questions about your contract, billing, or the cancellation process, please contact your Account Manager. If you're unable to reach your Account Manager, email [email protected], and our team will ensure your request is routed to the appropriate person as quickly as possible.
